I called them and talked to them about the recalls on a used Fusion we had purchased for our daughter. They looked up the 4 recalls, scheduled us for a during the week appointment. I have been a loyal Grappone Ford and Toyota customer for a very long time. I am very satisfied with their work, and with their customer service. My one complaint, and it's a big one, is that the courtesy v a very long time. I am very satisfied with their work, and with their customer service. It makes it very hard for me to have work done. Unfortunately the parts for a Ford Edge recall were not in when I had my regular service which means I will need to come back.
