Diana was quick to approach us as we were looking in the lot, then she graciously backed off when we asked to speak to someone we know..when they were not there she again graciously offered to take us on a lot, then she graciously backed off when we asked to speak to someone we know..when they were not there she again graciously offered to take us on a test drive of any of the vehicles we were interested in trying..she was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and listened to what exactly we were looking for as far as features..she then suggested a test drive in the new 2012 Ford Focus and told us about all of the amenities this model has. We went home and thought about all the choices and upon returning to the dealership after two days, we are now the proud owners of a wonderful new 2012 Ford Focus.. Diana was extremely attentive, pleasant, friendly and anxious to meet any need we had and any question we had..would definitely do business with her any time in the future and would ask for her by name. Fast, efficient, courteous service was supplied by her and she even took us on a tour of the service department to make sure we knew where everything was located. Felt very comfortable and at home with all those attending our needs. More
I went into this dealer last week. I was interested in a new 2010 Explorer that was listed. I was taken outside to look at the Explorer, but I was never asked if I would like to take it for a test ride. W new 2010 Explorer that was listed. We went back into the office, where I noticed a beautiful Ford Flex in the showroom, that was it, I was in love! I inquired about the vehicle, where the response I got back was "Miss that's a forty thousand dollar car your looking at." The salesman gave me the numbers for my trade and monthly payment, he never tried to work with me. He acted as if I had no business even taking up his time. I also asked about the Mazda CX-9. Big surprise same response, "that's about thirty six thousand". The man assumed my budget was twenty nine thousand, the price of the Explorer, and even if it was that's a lot of money, and I should have been shown some respect. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone!! The only good thing I can say is, I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. I guess he had somewhere else to be. Well in the end, I made another dealership and salesman very happy, when I purchased my Brand New Ford Flex at Unique Ford in Goffstown!! More

My girlfriend and I were thrown into a used toyota corolla, drove it, and then were sat inside... next thing we know we are presented with papers to sign in order to purchase the vehicle! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! they did not even ask if we liked it. The only reason we are going back is because of a superb salesman in BOB COTTER! Be weary of Gerry and Lena. Friendliness however is unmatched. Shortly after writing the paragraph above I was contacted by Greg Grappone who showed a great deal of interest in my dis-satisfaction. I just feel as though the majority of the salespeople lack the same intentions, or morals as the owners. More

From its inception, there has been an overwhelmingly positive attitude clearly evident among the visible employees. At all times, they carry the Grappone name with due respect. This week, both vehicles needed service (over the course of three days). We live a good distance away, and a loaner car available yesterday morning was a convenience for which we are grateful. Yesterday, Adam took great care in ensuring that all issues encountered during the service were understood, as well as all available options. He went above and beyond to offer us not only the most cost-efficient solutions, but the best solutions for the life of the vehicle. I must add that Adam, Grappone's latest gem of a service representative, applied a solution to a longstanding check-in difficulty for those of us who own more-than-one-of-the-same-make vehicles who have not memorized their VINs. Perhaps there are not many of us, but regardless, this uncomplicated-to-provide fix will save time for customer and representative alike. Finally, we have had a tremendously stressful year with illness, loss, and, like the rest of the world, financial uncertainty. One thing that was consistent was knowing we would not have to give a second thought to our vehicles, because they are in such very capable hands. This might just sound like rhetoric, but we are fully aware that our safety has been, and is, literally in Grappone employees' hands. We don't take that for granted. Grappone is the ONLY auto service and repair business to ever win us over. Consistently. Whoever "vets" their employees does an amazing job. The invisible, yet invaluable, mechanics behind the door have never let us down. We are most appreciative of Grappone Quick Lane. More
I visited this dealer looking for a new Fusion and wound up buying a used car. The salesman quoted a price 1,000 over their published internet price. When I discovered the mistake the next day, a call and up buying a used car. The salesman quoted a price 1,000 over their published internet price. When I discovered the mistake the next day, a call and a quick visit to the dealership was all it took to have the sales contract rewritten in my favor. I went away happy. The only downside to this whole experience was the inordinately long wait to have the car detailed. Even at that the salesman was very helpful and offered to do whatever I required. More
This was my second car purchased with Diana, and she did a great job of making it a pleasant experience. I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone. Diane was super friendly and even put up with my grumpy husband! We went in one day and drove the car and then returned the next day to buy it. Just bought our second car in 5 months. They were willing to work with us on price and financing. I felt that everone was professional, honest and I didn't feel that there were gimmicks. Clearly we are repeat customers and will continue to return. More
