My girlfriend and I went to the dealership to look at the Ford Escape. The sales consultant we worked with, Scott Brannen was a great guy. He was totally prepared for our meeting and got us out to the car to test drive it as soon as we got there. Our last purchase was a Ford Explorer, 8 years ago at the same dealership. We hold on to our vehicles, so we were looking for something that will have a good life. Dacre answered questions, and gave us the right amount of time to think over what we were about to do. It was down to two different vehicles, and again, he gave us time to discuss what we wanted, when we were ready, he was able to make the deal happen. Paperwork was pretty quick, everyone was very friendly during the whole process. Once the purchase was made, Dacre went over the car information with us, showed us the features it has, and helped to set up Sync functions in our new Ford Fusion. We are very happy with the events of the day, and smiled the whole way home because I love my new car! Certainly would recommend the dealership! More

The dealership, and in particular, Ruth Stephenson, went out of their way to find the exact match for the model of Ford Escape that I wanted. Not only did they have to reach out of the state, they did so ov out of their way to find the exact match for the model of Ford Escape that I wanted. They were extremely flexible in negotiating a trade and were sincerely obvious in wanting my business and my satisfaction.
