Our appointment started on time. Ruth had all the vehicles we wanted to see at Grappone Ford. This has not been our experience with other dealers who have multiple sites. We did feel like he was trying to sell as all the extra plans. Ruth and the Sales Manager worked with us for several hours past closing on a holiday weekend. More
After I had made my purchase of a certified 2010 ford fusion and left the dealership, I noticed a couple of things that should have been taken care of before I drove off: the left rear brake light was o fusion and left the dealership, I noticed a couple of things that should have been taken care of before I drove off: the left rear brake light was out, my oil sticker had shown that it was passed due, and my lock window button does not work. For a certified car that went through inspection this should have been identified and fixed. It would have saved me another trip down to the dealershhip. I'll have to plan and additional trip since I did not schedule for the lock window button to be fixed. More

No games or other phoney sales baloney from Scott. He was very helpful and accommodating and had a pleasant, relaxed demeanor throughout. This guy knows what it's like to be on the other side of the desk and it shows. Be sure you check out Grappone. If you want efficient, friendly and straight forward service, do yourself a favor and ask for Scott Brannen. You won't be disappointed. More
Ruth Stephanson and Chris Bassett were absolutely first rate. We had researched and driven the Ford Escape at several dealerships to narrow down the potential candidates for a new car. Grappone Ford was rate. We had researched and driven the Ford Escape at several dealerships to narrow down the potential candidates for a new car. Grappone Ford was selected because it had the largest inventory of Escapes in the area. We were assigned to Ruth who was articulate, professional, knew her product, and extremely helpful without the pressure of making a sale. Having made our decision on what to purchace (which include Toyota, Honda, and Lexus), and having a price range that included a trade-in, Ruth costed the Escape several ways and with several payment plans. Ruth and Grappone met us half way on the trade-in which was reasonable and fair. There was no need to belabor that discussion. Ruth stayed with us until the end describing the salient points of all the features on the new Escsape. This included several futile attempts to synch our Blackberry to the car. Ruth finally did it! In the process, Ruth coordinated with Chris Bassett in the finance department. Chris was extremely accommodating by providing several payment options and patiently explaining each plan and what was included. His personal experience helped our decision process by offering pros and cons of each plan and the resulting extended warranties and service packages. Chris persistently searched for the best payment plan for us and was able to save an additional percentage point which as lower than our already low credit union rate. All in all, this has been one of the easiest, most pleasurable, and hassle free car purchases ever. More

Within the first 24 hours Kristina contacted me with an amazing price! The other 12-15 dealers did not even respond to the email. I sent a second one letting them know A dealership had offered me a specific price, it was so good it must have scared them away! :-) You want no hassle, no xx shopping minus the tricks and games then you need to start here first and save yourself a lot of time. You guys are great and kudos to Kristina for her great response time and customer service! More

Folks I had visited other Mazada dealers in New Hampshire to buy a new CX-7, however once I stepped into this dealership it was clear that they are the best. They didn't waste my time with any of those stu to buy a new CX-7, however once I stepped into this dealership it was clear that they are the best. They didn't waste my time with any of those stupid sales tricks(how much can you afford?) and they got down to where the rubber meets the road which is how much do you want for your trade and how do you want to pay for the new vehicle. After a few back and forths on the trade amount we came to and agreement which I could live with and the deal was done. I also like the Grappone benefits such as free tires for my car as long as I serviced it there, 100K powertrain warranty, free oil changes(after 5 ior 6) and all the other free benefits they give all customers. Also I bought the service package at a discount for all oil changes and scheduled services up to 60K miles. A great deal if you think about how much you actually spend on this stuff. I definitely recommend Grappone Ford/Mazada to anyone, ask for Scott Brannen by name he really gets it. I promise you won't be disappointed. More

The Fiesta, the model I wanted, is hard to find now in this area. I was so worried I wouldnt be able to get the car I wanted but Grappone pulled it off! The price was great, the warranties great...everything about this transaction went smoothly, without pressure. I couldnt be happier. This car was a big purchase for me, a brand new car is something I haven't had in ages. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and that is something I appreciate the most. Outstanding customer service! I had all the information I needed from their website so that I walked into the dealership with knowledge about the car and what they had to offer. More
