I have leased my trucks through Grappone Ford since 2018 and went to trade in my lease 3 months prior to the expiration date of my lease as is stated in the site. John who is the person that had actually leased me my last ford was good to deal with, he had shown me a price for the lease that I was satisfied with, but once he spoke to the manager on duty things changed drastically. She told me that I would have to pay for my extra mileage even though I was trading this truck in not end of lease! This made the cost of the lease go up by drastically! I was so disappointed that they kept arguing with me on this matter. This was a trade in not an end of lease trade in. I left there pretty upset seeing i had spent most of my day there. A day later i was still so upset that my daughter told me to try another dealer. I went to Autofair in Manchester and had a wonderful experience with Steve the manager and Corry the salesman. They took my truck in trade and ate the mileage because he said he needed the inventory. My new truck is beautiful and just about a perfect match for the one at Grappone. My payment is definitely within what I was budgeting for. I am so disappointed in Grappone for not trying harder to assist me with a new truck seeing I was a repeat customer not once but twice. Very disappointed with their sales manager and how she kept saying this would happen wherever I went. More
I drive my car no more than 5000-6000 miles a year and had a complete rear brake job in 2021 or 2022. I felt kind of blindsided and disappointed when Dwayne told me today the computer said my rear rotors had a complete rear brake job in 2021 or 2022. I felt kind of blindsided and disappointed when Dwayne told me today the computer said my rear rotors were possibly corroded, as I had the car in in July for a recall. I also had it inspected at that time so as to ward off any surprises at sticker time and was told it would pass inspection in November once the front bumper was fixed (it had some jagged edges on it) which I did. I received service from Erin (Belanger)? yesterday on my 2016 Ford Edge. She helped me out tremendously with a problem with my “engine splash guard” under the vehicle that was dragging after losing a couple of bolts. This happened on the highway as I was driving to a Dr appointment. I was 30 miles from home and it was so nice to know that I was in good hands with Erin. I had called before arriving and she told me to come on in and ask for her. My visit was seamless and she/service dept had me out the door within 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me. I was dumbfounded as this type of service is simply not seen anymore. I told her I shop local but had previously purchased a Ford from them years ago and would certainly come back to them for a future purchase due to the 5 star customer experience! More

By far my best dealership experience ever. I purchased a 2022 Bronco from out of state, and they made the entire experience painless and fun. From dealing with me over the phone, to having the vehicle and paperwork prepped upon my arrival. I was in and out in 30 minutes. If I buy another Ford, I’m driving the 3 hours to Grappone again. I brought in my 2016 f250 for regular service. While I was waiting they told me that my rear brakes were down to 4 mm, and my front brakes were down to 2mm. They said the fronts were almost metal While I was waiting they told me that my rear brakes were down to 4 mm, and my front brakes were down to 2mm. They said the fronts were almost metal to metal. I told them to do the front. I decided to do the rear myself. Imagine my surprise when I removed the rear calipers and saw that they still had more than half of pad left! They did not need to be changed! They wanted to charge me over $800 to do the work! It leaves me wondering how much the front brakes were really worn down. Be vigilant! If I wasn’t a person that could do the work myself they would have soaked me for over $800 for something that did not need to be done. They also sent me a follow up email to say that it was very important to get my brakes changed. It’s like they’re trying to scare me into getting the work done. More

I came to Grappone Ford for a check engine light hoping whatever the problem was, was covered under my extended warranty. They took my car in, ran the codes and sent Greg T. to give me the bad news. Remors whatever the problem was, was covered under my extended warranty. They took my car in, ran the codes and sent Greg T. to give me the bad news. Remorsefully, Greg told me it would cost $400 to fix and it was not covered under my warranty. Because the problem was not covered under warranty I was also responsible for the diagnostic fee. I asked what the exact problem was and he told me he would go find out the exact part that needed to be replaced. He came back, asked if I knew anything about cars (I do) and began to explain the problem. I really appreciated him asking that because then he did not talk down to me (a 20-something female). I told him that I would pay the diagnostic fee and take my car elsewhere because I knew I could get it done cheaper. He understood where I was coming from and pushed no further for me to get my service done there. He left to finish up my paperwork and ring me out. About 20 minutes went by and he came back and gave me good news! He called the extended warranty company and found out the problem was in fact covered under warranty and all I was responsible for was the deductible ($100). A huge financial relief and time saver! I was able to get my car fixed that day. I was in and out of the dealership with a fixed car in less than 2 hours. Greg made my whole experience at the service center worth the visit. As mentioned before, he did not talk down to me when explaining the matters of my car, which, if you can't tell by me brining it up again, is something I so greatly appreciate. He did not push for me to keep my car there when I told him I would take is somewhere else. And he went above and beyond by taking the time to call the warranty company and find a solution that would save me time and money. Thank you Greg! More
