Quick lane service is the worst I have ever experienced. Took over three hours for oil change. They did not rotate tires as asked and paid for. They installed air filter wrong. Would give -0 stars if I could. Beware about shopping at Grapevine Ford. I specifically asked the salesman (Miguel) if the car had any issues at all, including mechanical. He said no and it had been through a thorough inspection. Miguel was always nice and professional. Car looked nice, etc. Test drove the car and during the test drive Miguel said don't take it on the highway when I asked. Purchased the car that afternoon then the next evening drove on the highway and it started making a concerning intermittent whining noise from the driver dash. The next day I emailed Miguel what had happened and a video of it with the sound. He was nice and said bring it in on Monday and that no one would be there that day (Saturday) to look at it, as I wanted to bring it in that day. Brought it in on Monday and they gave me a loaner. I got home and emailed Miguel that I just didn't want to purchase the car at that point and to let me know what needed to be done to cancel the sale, etc. He said the car was fixed and that a seal had come off. He said all inspections had been done, again. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I am driving 70 on the highway for the first time and it's making that sound again. So I email Miguel the same evening and am told to take it to the dealership of the manufacturer. I told Miguel that they sold me a car with an issue that wasn't disclosed and I wanted to return the car and cancel the deal. This is the 2nd request I have made. I asked for a manager to call me. I then got a call from the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Zach Grogean. Mr. Grogean also tells me that I need to take it to the dealership of the manufacturer. I tried explaining to him over and over that I was sold a car with issues, in which I was told it had none. I repeatedly stated that I wanted to return the car. I do not know anyone who buys a car to have immediate issues, takes off work, loses money, and has to have repeated trips to dealerships. Mr. Gorgean told me "too bad so sad" in so many words, and kept repeating how I bought the car 3 weeks ago. He was very rude and unconcerned. Again, the problem started the next day after buying the car in which I contacted them at that time. Beware of this dealership. No one wants to spend their time and hard earned money just to get a HUGE headache. I've already taken off work and lost pay on this and now he says I can take it to a dealer (again) or get a lawyer, but they won't take the car back and cancel the sale, of which they conned me on. Again, I do have the email chain with the timeline on the events along with the video of the issue. Apparently, the reputation of this dealership is not important to them. So sad! More

The guy who I worked with was supposed to call me 3 months ago. Never received the call Bank of America approved me for 6.5% they brought me paperwork for 8.5%. The finance manager said they do that all the time. I then had to put it in service at 4,500 miles for multiple issues. Made the appointment a month ago. Brought it in Monday and had a concert on the border of TX/OK at winstar to Stevie Nicks. Couldn’t get a rental or loaner that I could take to my ranch or across the border even 2 miles. They had it for a week before looking at it. If I went with a third party rental company I would not be reimbursed if it was not a ford. No one offered a ford rental. My air conditioner has frozen 3 times and unresponsive until I would give it 10 minutes to thaw out. My cruise control got a mind of its own and speed up to 97 mph and wouldn’t disengage standing on the breaks and repeatedly hitting the cruise off button. I get errors popping up daily for various reasons. Gas door open. Stop and it’s closed. Have purchased between my father, brother and myself and our wives over 30 cars in the last 20 years. I bought my last one from a different dealer because I had come to dislike them back then. Decided to give them another try. They do not care about loyalty. They are shady. They are unhelpful when you need a vehicle when your car is being serviced under warranty. I could go on and on. For your own sanity and safety. Avoid at all cost. They updated software and said all is good. They don’t return calls. Service is a nightmare and they will cheat you out of every penny they can. The worst part is no one cares. Never again!! Wish I could give negative stars!! More
