I would highly encourage anyone thinking about using Grapevine Ford to go to another dealership. They sold me a vehicle that they were to have received from another dealer. The salesman was Paul Sanch Grapevine Ford to go to another dealership. They sold me a vehicle that they were to have received from another dealer. The salesman was Paul Sanchez. This sale occurred on August 22, 2020. I was told they had 72 business hours to deliver the vehicle. 72 business hours came and went. I contacted them via email asking for status (September 5, 2020). They (Andrew Boaz) indicated that the other dealership did not want to trade. They then said they were looking for another vehicle. I said okay, but I was slightly miffed because they had not even tried to contact me. So now it is September 11 and I did not hear one word from them. I sent an email to Kyle Middendorf who is the sales manager asking what is going on. Never received a reply. By now, I am starting to think they have stolen my trade in vehicle which they had in their possession. I finally paid an unannounced visit on September 16. Another manager, Devin Bear, offered me my trade in back and provided me with my title. He said they could not find me a vehicle but that they were still looking for one. He indicated he would call me on September 17. That call never came. So, I had it with them and paid them another visit on 9/18 wanting my trade in vehicle back. They gave it back to me but they had misplaced one of my keys and had destroyed my license plates. They found the other key but now I have no permanent plates. They said they will send me a new set, but I don't think that will happen. Oh, they never even said sorry, kiss my foot or anything about the grief they gave me. I will never, ever walk in their door again, and matter of fact, I will tell everyone how sorry they are. Long story short - save yourself some grief and go somewhere else. More

I had a deal in place with my own financing and an agreement with the dealer. What they didn’t tell me until the close was their app they force on you, Kahu Connected. They sell it to you as a LoJack agreement with the dealer. What they didn’t tell me until the close was their app they force on you, Kahu Connected. They sell it to you as a LoJack type service but really it’s selling data points of where you have been and where you are going. It also is wired to the ignition so the app can kill the car at any time. I told the dealer that this product infringes on my rights and I don’t want this data sold. I offered to even pay the $500 charge for the product to be removed (same cost as what they tried to slap on) because I loved the car so much. They refused to remove it and told me they would rather lose the deal. Please read fine print of that product before buying a car here. They tell me all cars are sold with them and it’s non negotiable. I even reached out to other Ford dealers in the area to find out no one else uses because how unethical it is. More
I don't even know where to begin.Initially, when we I don't even know where to begin. Initially, when we took our 2013 Ford Escape (+/-80,000 miles) to the dealership it was having an issue with star I don't even know where to begin. Initially, when we took our 2013 Ford Escape (+/-80,000 miles) to the dealership it was having an issue with starting. You'd put the key in the ignition, turn it...and nothing would happen. The engine wouldn't turn over, the lights wouldn't come on, etc. My husband knows cars pretty well and theorized that it was an issue with the starter. We brought it in to get it diagnosed. Our service advisor, Andrew Shannon, brushed off our theory and told us that after running it through their computer they thought it was an issue with the battery. He dismissed all claims of it being an issue with the starter. Okay, he's the expert, so we'll go with that. So we paid for a new battery and went on our way. Not even a day later we had the same issue again. So we brought it back a second time and again told him that it was an issue with the starter - and again we were dismissed and ignored. It was diagnosed - again - and this time they came back with an issue with the fuel pump. We were hesitant, but went with what they recommended. A week (and thousands of dollars) later, and we are still having the same issue! The car won't start! Enough is enough. We went outside the dealership to a local shop for help and we were advised that it was, indeed, an issue with the starter (wow, if only someone had thought of that!). And, not only that, but we were told that the car did not need a new fuel pump or battery in the first place and that we essentially wasted our money. My husband contacted Andrew Shannon to let him know that we went to a third party for a second (or third, at this point) opinion and to let him know that it was just as we'd thought: an issue with the starter. It was meant to be more of an FYI. Mr. Shannon proceeded to argue with my husband and defend his "Ford certified" mechanics and the work they'd done on the car; he criticized the "mom and pop" shop that we asked for help from and would not entertain the notion that the Ford mechanics hadn't done their job correctly. I'm a little concerned that a dealership that has "Ford" on its front doors would hire someone so unprofessional and rude. If you're looking for a place where you will be treated like an incompetent idiot and you don't want your car fixed and you're looking forward to spending money on costly and unnecessary repairs, then this is the place for you!
