They offered us a truck that was not in stock, so they found one from another dealership. The price was firm, so we agreed to the terms. We signed the paperwork and was given a loaner. Blain had another sales manager handle his responsibility. He said that the deal was canceled because they wanted more money. After having them check my credit and signing all the paperwork, they canceled the deal. The night we left the truck, we realized that our garage opener was left on the driver’s visor. We called first thing in the morning to retrieve it, but no one could fine the truck. We kept calling and calling to see what had happen to the truck and our garage opener. After over a week we went in person to see what had happened and Blain accused my sister in law of harassment and told her that our policy for retrieving lost items was that you should had not left anything in our cars.
