Well...... I have called Juan 3 times and left 2 messages to receive a call back. I received the same response I received when I asked to speak to the GM twice before I put up my first review...no acknowledgement whatsoever. No one there takes responsibility for the lying, cheating and disrespecting of customers. Apparently that's the culture supported from the top down. Give these ppl your money only if these are the type of people you want to support.
