Do not purchase a vehicle from this shady dealership. Spoke to Blane this morning, I got preapproved and agreed on a vehicle with Blane. He knew I was in Tulsa and rushed to confirm a time to get me to G Spoke to Blane this morning, I got preapproved and agreed on a vehicle with Blane. He knew I was in Tulsa and rushed to confirm a time to get me to Grapevine soon, he pressured me to be there ASAP and assured me if I got there at 3PM today from Tulsa I would be able to purchase the vehicle we spoke about. After preapproval over the phone when he called me back he informed me some guy from Austin would be there at 2:30pm to look at it and if he doesn't buy it I have dibs on it. I asked if I could reserve it w a deposit and he said no and did not inform me of any reserve policy in place. We jumped in our car to beat this person from Austin (driving 4 hours from Tulsa). Because first come, fist serve, right? Not here. I followed up with him when I was 45 min away and not once did he inform me of the that "recorded calls" is the policy on how they reserve who gets to purchase the vehicle. Even though we beat the guy to the dealership they would not allow us to even view the vehicle to give this guy who may or may not of exist first dibs on this car. They have terrible customer service and blamed it on miscommunication. Of course they blamed it on us even though Blane failed to correctly inform us of their slimy policy reserve policy. I feel that Blane purposely mislead us to drive to the dealership and bait and switch us. Then he got another car salesmen out to reexplain the non-existent reserve policy that they use and informed us the Austin guy had driven 5 hours (compared to our measly 4 hour trip we made) and aleady agreed to all the terms and payment and everything over the phone when they didn't even give me the option to do that over the phone and I had a $9,000 down payment to hand over and would have bought the car sight unseen. These are typical slimy car salesmen. They would not take accountability and had another sales associate come out to agree with Blane that we did not understand their phone recorded policy, even tho we weren't informed of it until we arrived at the dealership. Now after reading the bad reviews I am so glad we did not purchase a vehicle from Blane or these guys. Of course after this review is posted they conveniently have two people make positive posts about their dealership. More
