This dealer has been my choice since 1979 I always have a good service agent to help. Today my long time 10 year service agent was not working so I was given another nice young man who was very happy have a good service agent to help. Changing my original response from 5 stars to 2. I like the truck but hate the service I'm receiving after the sale. The reason was Grapevine Ford dropped the ball on warranty work that was needed I like the truck but hate the service I'm receiving after the sale. The reason was Grapevine Ford dropped the ball on warranty work that was needed on a truck that I hadn't even driven off the lot. I found a couple of issues with a truck that I purchased upon delivery and notified the salesman before I drove off the lot. The salesman failed to note my account and has since left, so I was told. Then, I drove out personally to seek assistance from the sales manager. He verified that it was a part that needed ordering and that he would let me know when it arrived. It's been months and have not heard anything regarding my warranty issue (no calls, emails, anything). I'm sure if I called them today, they would tell me the same thing they did before, "it's not noted on your account, wasn't me" I'm sick of being treated so well during the purchase process, but so poorly when I have an issue with a newly purchased $60K+ truck. More
