Picked a vehicle and was ready to purchase and salesman said they need my info. I told him I had financing through USAA already and he said they don’t take USAA. They only use their 50 dealers. That is said they need my info. I told him I had financing through USAA already and he said they don’t take USAA. They only use their 50 dealers. That is a slap in the face of every veteran and their families. It’s funny because Toyota next door who is owned by the same company had no problem taking USAA financing. The sales guy was great.. but finance was suspect.. they moved money from warranty to purchase lojack, which they were specifically told we did not want, then had the nerve to call it free.. it was fraud… I moved money from warranty to purchase lojack, which they were specifically told we did not want, then had the nerve to call it free.. it was fraud… I can’t stand dishonesty, and this dealership was good until they decided to be dishonest… also wanted $586 for a second key to car that should have been there anyway, for which they said they would have one cut immediately since they had to charge for LoJack that again we didn’t want, and second key was used, which means was probably there all along..
