Our price discussion was relatively painless with clear responses in both directions. I got what I wanted and drove off with my new vehicle. During the negotiation of the vehicle we had multiple managers lie about extra costs and the main salesman didn't even show up. Once the sale was made service stopped. Everything that was agreed to prior to agreeing the vehicle became like pulling teeth. Brining the vehicle back in to get it certified was estimated to take 1 day and it took 5. On the 5th day we were told we were un-reasonable for requesting that the car be clean and that everything that was agreed upon actually be upheld. More
