Service department is poorly managed. I had an appointment at 9 for Quick Lane Service. 5 cars in front of me and 3 behind for checkin. One person checking in (very slow). Called the service manager - he was sitting at his desk instead of out on the floor resolving the issue. Threw his people under the bus - “no one told me there was a problem”! He should be fired for not doing his job. More

On the website they show to have F150 XLT supercrew cabs for sale for 42k I called to verify and spoke to Aaron Thomas through text he verified there where over 150 trucks on the lot and that I could get an for sale for 42k I called to verify and spoke to Aaron Thomas through text he verified there where over 150 trucks on the lot and that I could get any color I want for that price. I drove from San Antonio, 5 hours away, just to find out he lied. Those prices are not correct and that instead the truck is 50-57k. The sales tactic they use is unprofessional. I would never go there or trust them. More
