Recently purchased a 2020 Lincoln Navigator black label they shipped it to Alabama the vehicle was supposed to be an excellent shape it arrived with scratches scuff marks a dirty interior. We paid for a $6 they shipped it to Alabama the vehicle was supposed to be an excellent shape it arrived with scratches scuff marks a dirty interior. We paid for a $600 key but which he did not receive we were told that the vehicle would have remote and headphones for the DVD player it did not it also arrived with 300 more miles on the abdominer than when we purchased it we've contacted the company several times with no Avail they do not seem to want to fix any of the issues so I would not recommend this company to anyone. More
I'm very disappointed in the services at Grapevine Ford. The lack of integrity at that dealership and the dishonesty. I have never done business at a dealership of this caliber and been misled. Now, I have to file on my insurance pre-existing damage. If not, I have to come out of my pockets roughly 5k. I will be filing a complaint with every agency that deals with dealerships in the state of Texas. I will utilize my resources and connections to make sure no one is done like this again by grapevine Ford. I will contact the news, use social media outlets ( I have a large audience on social media), and leave a review with BBB and North Texas dealership services. This is unacceptable and will be addressed professionally and with class. Feel free to have any of your big bosses who care enough about customer satisfaction to contact me in the next 24 hours before I get the ball rolling with filing my complaints. Thank you!!! More

Our Sales associate Mark Grabowski was outstanding. He was with us from the beginning, selecting options, placing order, waiting for delivery and was excellent on the delivery. He was very good on giving us a nice test drive and explaining options and operations. Bought us matching key chains and nice chrome valve stem caps and rear lice plate frame. He installed and got everything ready. Introduced us to Service and showed us where the Service area was. Sales Manager David Klett outstanding from start to finish with setting up the order and closing out delivery. He stopped by and talked to us to assure all was good. Finance Willie Smith very knowledgeable and helpful. Service / Parts associate Natalie was very helpful in helping us order accessories. All in all, best new car experience we have had. More
There are plenty of Ford dealerships here in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Do yourself a favor and find another one. The sales persons we dealt with was fine but the finance guy was painful. We walked in with a check from a bank but he kept trying to steer us to Ford financing. When we asked questions, he gave us xx answers that made no sense. I should have listened to my wife and walked out but I wanted the Bronco. To top it off, they owed us $2000 and refused to refund it to us. We were forced to put in a fraud complaint with American Express. FYI, the finance guy we dealt with was named Andrew. More
Service department is poorly managed. I had an appointment at 9 for Quick Lane Service. 5 cars in front of me and 3 behind for checkin. One person checking in (very slow). Called the service manager - he was sitting at his desk instead of out on the floor resolving the issue. Threw his people under the bus - “no one told me there was a problem”! He should be fired for not doing his job. More
