The new car was in inventory with all of the desired features and was also equipped with my preferred tire brand. The dealership environment is friendly and comfortable. I enjoyed my experience with Grapevine Ford! My salesman was Miguel. I told him what I could afford as a down payment and my payment range per month that I could not exceed him and Garry crunche My salesman was Miguel. From the start, the salesman understood I did not want the expected back and forth of conventional dealerships. He answered my questions about a new vehicle on the lot, which was available. We went to the the expected back and forth of conventional dealerships. He answered my questions about a new vehicle on the lot, which was available. We went to the dealership and the salesman greeted me and answered all of my and my wife’s questions and went on a test drive. Our price discussion was relatively painless with clear responses in both directions. I got what I wanted and drove off with my new vehicle.
