My service advisor, Oleg, does not return calls, makes promises he never keeps, and leaves me chasing updates every single time. I shouldn’t have to beg for the most basic information on my own vehicle, yet that’s exactly what this experience has been—me doing all the follow-up while they do nothing but offer excuses. When I called to try (yet again) to get answers, Brianna answered the phone and was flat-out rude. No courtesy, no professionalism—just attitude. And if you think management cares, think again. I even left a detailed message for the General Manager over a week ago—seven full days—and I’m still waiting for a simple return call. That silence tells you everything you need to know about how little this dealership values its customers at every level. In 2025, with phone, email, and text at everyone’s fingertips, there is no excuse for this level of incompetence and disregard. This is not about one bad day—it’s a clear pattern of broken promises, poor communication, and zero accountability.
