The service advisor tried to be as helpful as possible but techs did not even get the correct specs when trying to balance my tires after having my rims installed, instead pinned it at a tire issue. Brought it to the dealership where I purchased the car, the rectified the problem in less than 20minutes. So I ended up having to pay more out of pocket for services I had already paid for at this “preferred shop”. Oh yeah, they do not use slip covers for your seat either, left grease markings on the inside upholster as well as interior headspace ceiling of the car. So all in all the technician knew the wheels were not installed properly, let us take the car home hoping we wouldn’t notice the issues. More

This rating is not for the dealership but for Subaru itself. I brought my 2019 Outback into Granite State because it had a parasitic draw on the battery which Subaru knows about and there is actually a itself. I brought my 2019 Outback into Granite State because it had a parasitic draw on the battery which Subaru knows about and there is actually a class action suit against them for this issue. I looked on the computer about this issue on Subaru forum sites and this issue is very well known and most people on the site said take it to a dealer and they will blame the battery and that's exactly what Granite State did per Subarus guidelines. It's a three-year replacement battery seven months old I took it to where I bought it they checked it and it was above the specs of what the battery was rated for. Granite State after testing my battery with their equipment said it was no good and they wanted to sell me a battery for $380 to be able to continue the parasitic draw test. Explained this to the Service rep that it was just tested and it is a good battery but he said there was nothing he could do they were bound by Subarus guidelines and their equipment said it was no good and unless I spend the $380 for one of their batteries there was nothing more that they could do. I told him I found this unacceptable. Again this reading is not against Granite State Subaru they were only following Subarus guidelines for this issue that they know about and could fix. So this rating is against Subaru its self. More
