Found a Honda Accord EX 2008 on Cars.com and called the dealership right away. It was priced well under KBB value and was in mint condition. Met with Kevin and took it for test drive, and bought it that n dealership right away. It was priced well under KBB value and was in mint condition. I had spent 2 days at multiple dealerships undecided about what type of vehicle to purchase. The decision was made once I had arrived at Prime Subaru. My salesperson, Kevin Huffman was extremely knowled about what type of vehicle to purchase. The decision was made once I had arrived at Prime Subaru. My salesperson, Kevin Huffman was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and was very honest and upfront in answering all of my questions throughout the purchasing experience. I have purchased many vehicles over the last ten years and Kevin was the only sales person that spent time going through the vehicle with me at the close of the sale and even took time to set up my blue tooth before I left. I would highly recommend Prime Subaru and Kevin Huffman to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I have been a Subaru owner since 1998. I bought my very first Subaru at this dealership and it was a Subaru Legacy SUS. I totally loved this car. I went for Subaru after driving a Toyota Camry because I dr first Subaru at this dealership and it was a Subaru Legacy SUS. I totally loved this car. I went for Subaru after driving a Toyota Camry because I drove home from work, which was in Woburn MA, during a very bad snow storm. My Camry was all over the road and I got stuck twice on the way home. I saw the commercial for Subaru and the very next day I purchased a brand new Legacy SUS loaded. I drove the car for at least 12 years, almost 300,000 miles later and got my money's worth. I so miss this car. I am on my second Subaru and I am a Mother so I bought a Forester. I didn't go brand new I went used, 2004. I am extremely happy with my Forester and will probably buy another when this one fades. All the people at this dealership are AWESOME! They are polite, knowledgeable, caring and Honest. I am a die hard Subaru owner and will absolutely die owning one, hopefully 40 years or so from know. Thank you Subaru for making me and my Family Happy for all that you do. More

In 2007, I walked away from a multi-car accident with my beloved Subaru totaled, but I was safe; so selling me on Subaru's merits was not an issue. I'd always been satisfied with Subaru service, but I had no idea of what truly superior service was until I started working with the staff at Subaru of Nashua! I was ready for a trade-in and decided to see what Subaru of Nashua had to offer. Their trade in offer was excellent; I was shown my options with considerate respect to my budget, and the price of the car was very fair. The sales staff answered all of my questions clearly and patiently, demonstrated all of the technological advances, and assured me that I should take my time deciding what I wanted to do. There was no question that the 2011 Outback was the right choice for me. And now 4 months later, as I bring in the car for its first servicing, I'm met with another branch of Nashua of Subaru which also operates with a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. With a beep at the door I could have driven right in to the service area; the information intake was quick, and the customer service area was clean, comfortable, and offered fresh coffee. The service was accomplished quickly, and my car was returned to me with a smile and the assurance that it had just been washed! No question about it....Subaru of Nashua is #1. Helen More

It was the week before I was supposed to move from NY to CT when I was t-boned and my car was totaled. I was in a bind and picky (there was only a couple of Subaru's that I was interested in). After a couple of days of just missing out on the car I wanted I found one at Subaru of Nashua. I made an online bid which they accepted to my surprise. I had seen the same vehicle selling $500 or more over the previous few days. Spoke to Chris and put a down payment on the vehicle sight unseen and scheduled an onsite inspection for later that day. However, when my family member refused to drive me from NY to NH I had to call Chris and cancel. When I explained my situation he quickly arranged for a driver to pick me up. I was blown away, that was a 4 hr. trip EACH way! When I got up to NH I liked the car but noticed that the heated seats didn't work. Jeff, the Sales Mgr., gave me a voucher to have them repaired. Great! However I also noticed that there was a smell that made me think that there was something wrong with the head gasket. Jeff thought that the smell was from the new muffler that they put on the car. I felt that Jeff was an honest guy so I said "fine" and bought the car. Over the next week I noticed that the smell wasn't going away and brought it in to a dealer for routine maintenance and had them check out the smell. Sure enough, blown head gasket! I really expected Nashua to tell me that the car was sold "as is" but I called them anyway at least to complain to them. I was totally surprised (and relieved!) when Jeff with no questions said to bring it in that they were going to fix it at no charge. I brought it up a few days later and they took care of the head gasket as well as the seats. I have never had a dealer treat me with the respect and courtesy that Subaru of Nashua did from start to finish. My next Subaru will be new and even though I now live in CT I will make the trip to NH to buy from them. More
OK, went here mostly for location. Went in for a few test drives of various models and never got an attitude about all the time they were spending with us. Left to go to other dealers, and salesperson was gr drives of various models and never got an attitude about all the time they were spending with us. Left to go to other dealers, and salesperson was graceful about our leaving. On the way to the other dealer decided that the model I liked was what we wanted and went back. Negotiation was quick, and they met my number afer a few minutes-no back and forth. Never felt any pressure at all. Price was about $30 above Edmunds so I am happy. Every employee was friendly, even the salespeople that were not part of our deal. Cannot say enough about these guys. More
I wish I could in any way fully describe how offensive the owner/business manager of this place is. The salesperson I worked with was actually pretty fantastic; he listened and worked with me on finding t the owner/business manager of this place is. The salesperson I worked with was actually pretty fantastic; he listened and worked with me on finding the ideal car for me. I found the PERFECT car that I loved and started talking about price. I expect a bit of negotiation at car dealerships, but not insulting nickel and diming. I gave my preferred price and the business manager through my salesperson said it was too low--so I told them the absolute highest price I could pay for the car, very specifically saying I truly would not be willing to go a penny higher. 5 times over 4 hours the business manager sent back counter offers coming down about $200 each time right down to asking for just $100 more than what I'd stated as my highest price. Each time I clearly said that I would not go over my offered price and they didn't need to call me back if that wasn't possible. 5 minutes before their closing time, the business manager agreed to my offered price if I came in and bought the car right then. I didn't appreciate the pressure and decided to sleep on the decision. I looked up the specs on the exact model and amenities in the car I hoped to buy and found that the price I'd offered as my ceiling price was about $1000 more than the blue book value. So nope, I certainly did not reward that poor behavior with a sale. I went elsewhere and got a car that I wasn't as in love with from a far better dealership that gave me a fantastic deal. More
