The Customer service is absolutely NONexistent. .My car was broken into back in Feb, it was dropped off on 2/29 and on 08/08 the dealership was talking over $12,000 in storage fees on the car. This all on a car that I maintained making payments `on and keeping insurance on WHILE waiting for the dealership to repair it. When I asked about a courtesy car I was rebuked. The staff was Rude not only to me but also with my Insurance representative. I would highly recommend everyone looking at buying a car to RUN RUN RUN and find yourself a respectable dealership that doesn't believe that Customer Service ends the second you put your name on the line. More

The reason I only gave a 4 star because of your complimentary car wash. To me it didn't seem like the car was washed at all. Though I came in for warranty work (@ no charge to me) I ended up with over $1600 in necessary repairs for other problems they found. My only complaint was that it was too cold inside for me.
