Overall was a pretty smooth vehicle purchase experience using both a mix of only and in person to get the sale done. Vehicle was scheduled to be delivered on a Friday, called me in earlier in the week, sounded like they had a mid-week quota to hit based on another dealers phone call, this was tough for me to fit in, but I told them if we could do it quick by a certain time I would do it and the assured me no problem. Showed up at agreed upon time and they did not even really start the process until after the agreed upon time to wrap it up. While they did give me the option to leave, i was already there and had already wasted enough time I just had to make some alternative arrangements. If they had showed more respect for my time, especially where I was accommodating them, would have been a five star experience. More
