It started with Josh trying to find a screw to a broken part that was on order. The screw actually comes with the part. Which is the knob on the drivers seat. This took 90 minutes unsuccessfully. Hi, went to Granute dealership and w a s met away by Robert we talked about my life alittle and not about cars. The atmosphere was pleasant every one very friendly. I would recommends Granite to anyone that may be buying a vehicle to check them out I was impressed. Employees seem happy with the change in ownership. Service was fine, but they forgot to reset my service alert and changed me for service i had already paid for.
