I purchased a Santa Fe from another dealer. The Heater wasn't working. The Other Dealer stated I needed to take it to a Hyundai dealer. I called Granite Hyundai service department and they made The Heater wasn't working. The Other Dealer stated I needed to take it to a Hyundai dealer. I called Granite Hyundai service department and they made an appointment for me. When I arrived I was met by Anthony. I informed him of what was going on, he said give me an hour to check things out, an hour later Anthony came to me with a few questions. He let me know what was going on, that it was a sensor, it was still covered by the warranty. He said it would take a few hours to replace sit tight. True to his word Anthony came back when the work was done. I left with an appointment for routine service care. Even though I purchased the car from another dealer, I will be coming to Granite Hyundai for all service work. Next time I will just purchase a vehicle from Granite Hyundai. More
It's all about making as much money from customers as possible. That seems to be be Granite philosophy. Falsely telling customers a car with under 27,000 miles that they recommend 4 new tires with an ali possible. That seems to be be Granite philosophy. Falsely telling customers a car with under 27,000 miles that they recommend 4 new tires with an alignment at a cost of close to $1000 and when declined as even a blind man could feel lots of thread left, they fail an inspection on the vehicle. Btw...I took it immediately to another inspection establishment which cost me an additional $50 and it was passed no problem. Also was charged $35 for tire rotation which I did request before being told needed new tires. If tires were not passable why were they rotated? Haha yes...to collect that 35. How many times a day, a week, a year does this happen at Granite Hyundai? Was warned about Granite. Should have listened.Will be posting on Google and Yelp sites and telling everyone looking for a car about the Granite experience. More
