We decided to take our trade up to see what we could get and to see the truck. We were very impressed with the truck and eventually arrived at a reasonable price for our trade. The dealership looks like an old shed from the 70's ... I kind of felt like we were in a horror movie and an man with an ax was going to come out and attack us from one of the creepy buildings on the lot. Salesman knew nothing about the vehicle we were interested in and had no care to even find out answers of our questions. BAD PLACE TO EVEN CONSIDER LOOKING FOR A JEEP! More

false advertising/poor customer service I bought a Dodge Durango from them. Within the first few months it was in the shop. Factory recall. My Durango sat there for over a month. Now when i decide to get a second vehicle i went to their website and found a few trucks i liked. all the trucks that were for sale (used) had written above them, Power train warranty in big bold letters. When I clicked on them to view the vehicles it said in small print, this vehicle does not qualify for powere train warranty. Which is it? I called and talked to my old salesman Harold and asked him about it. He said none of them had the warranty. I asked him why then did it say otherwise on the advertisement? He said he noticed it before and said something about it. I said that is a bad tactic and false advertising, he agreed and said he would make a call and then hung up on me. I will never do business with this place again! More

I would recommend Granger Motors to everyone. They are so friendly and honest. We have no credit rating but they got us a very good rate and fair priced extended warranty compared to the one we just purc so friendly and honest.
