Three-time buyer from Granger motors and it will be the last! There is much I could rant about not filling up the tank but only halfway not being told first oil change discount, the way me and my son were last! Sorry we were not what you consider well to do. Worst part they fired our salesman in midstream due to being customer oriented. Help the customer get what he needs? Heaven forbid my salesman wanted to fix a scratch on the right front fender. Nope sold as is. give me your money and get out the door basically the way I feel. Waiting for the holiday to be over to call and ask about the half a tank of gas, Miss Shirley the nicest lady you can talk to transferred me to Rob's phone and then Zack no call backs forget that low life. GET IT IN WRITING. I listed my truck for sale online and Granger contacted me and asked to meet up with one of their salesmen because they were interested in buying my truck. They made an offer that was le Granger contacted me and asked to meet up with one of their salesmen because they were interested in buying my truck. They made an offer that was less than I was comfortable with and when we couldn't make a deal, they told me that if I changed my mind in the next couple of days, the offer would be waiting for me. I called them back less than 2 hours later to accept the offer and they said they were no longer interested in my truck. Horrible way to do business!! More

We reside in Ankeny, Iowa and have for years purchased several vehicles locally. It normally would have taken “an act of Congress” to get us to make a purchase in another community. However, we decided several vehicles locally. It normally would have taken “an act of Congress” to get us to make a purchase in another community. However, we decided to give Granger Motors an opportunity to sway us in their direction. Upon arrival we were met by sales consultant Angel Urenda. Angel was both pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. He managed to get us a very satisfactory price on our trade vehicle and even arranged to have an aftermarket item on our trade vehicle removed and returned to us at no extra cost. We love our new Ram 2500 Crew Cab and will definitely make Granger Motors our first stop for future purchases. More

Old school ‘let me get my manager’ sales model Eric was a nice guy but has no business being in sales. Even when I called the manger directly he had Eric call me back. Silly model and a lost sale. We weren’t that far off - but Eric had no idea or authority to discuss price; lots of overhead to lose a sale. More
Completely Misrepresented Recently just started looking at getting a new car, and drove out here to schedule a test drive since it was smaller and presumably less pressure. Pam was great at first and I initially fell in love with the low pressure image they were presenting. We had an upside down loan that we knew was going to factor into our new one and had even asked questions before filling out the application to make sure we were understanding the numbers correctly. On a final offer piece of a paper, they had the previous loan listed, the trade in listed, and a big black circled number that was marked for the total price. I texted and called back to make sure I was understanding this correctly, and that the total amount of the loan wouldn't be on top of this, and only the $1700 we were over on it. I also asked the possibility of getting a DVD entertainment system put in for the circle price which they texted back that they would add. We were all set, filled out the application, and that's when they came back with a final number $12,210.45 above the black circled price. I asked about getting that final price lowered since we had a very large misunderstanding and they very snottily replied back that they do "no haggle pricing that typically people appreciate". I could've totally appreciated that, had you not misrepresented the numbers in the first place. Especially since I had contacted multiple times to ensure that I was understanding it correctly. I'd rather have a pushy, high pressured salesman than an underhanded, unprofessional, and condescending one. Thank you, but no thank you Granger Motors. More

I can’t change it WHY because there is no spare tire. When I called to ask where the spare is located I was informed they don’t sell vehicles with a spare tire. MAYBE I should have been told this when I purchased the Jeep. Oh wait that would have required the salesman going over the vehicle at time of sale. They did have time to sell me an extended warranty with 2 years of free oil changes however after 6 months I was informed I no longer had the free oil changes. I’m a 60 plus female I believe I was totally hood winked. Would not even recommend them to someone I didn’t like More
