Avoid - new vehicle damaged / confidential financial information disclosed. While finalizing the details of a vehicle I was going to purchase, the finance guy sent over another customer's bill of sal information disclosed. While finalizing the details of a vehicle I was going to purchase, the finance guy sent over another customer's bill of sale that included a full credit application for this person and their cosigner. At first I thought it was a mistake, so I alerted this person, but his response made it seem like a common occurrence. It made me pause for a second, but I wasn't financing and the price drew me in. Upon driving 6 hours to pickup my new vehicle, I get a call from the dealership to inform me they just noticed my new challenger has 3 "door dings." I'm only an hour away at this point, so I continue to discover these "door dings" were major dents on the body line of the passenger door - unacceptable. These outstanding individuals waited until an hour before I was supposed to pick up this vehicle to wash / inspect the vehicle? To say it was a regrettable experience would be an understatement. More
I recently purchased a Ford Maverick from this dealership. I live 1300 miles away and even after paying shipping charges it was still cheaper than buying locally. I ordered my F350 in January 2022 and took possession in October 2022. A long wait but overall well worth it. The price was the best I had discovered so we ordered from 1000 miles away. The price remained intact with no changes or hidden addons and additions. The communication from Chip Giles was always factual and honest. The pickup process was virtually seamless, the on-site staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and the vehicle has been great so far. Definitely 5 stars!! More
Purchased an SUV from Granger in 2018 with Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. Water pump went out Labor day weekend 2022. Water pump is covered under warranty. They want to charge to replace the fluids. Warranty paperwork shows diagnosis fee supposed to be covered. What else are they trying to charge me for that is covered under warranty? Warranty website is a joke and you can't reach anyone on the phone number listed on paper work given at time of purchase. Warranty sounds a little suspicious! More
Unfortunately, there is no place for me to leave a review specifically for the service department, so I have to leave a review for the dealership as a whole. If I could give the service department zero stars, I would for the less than stellar customer service. I was told that if I purchase my vehicle at Granger Ford, that I could receive my first oil change for free if I brought it back to the dealership. I went out of my way to come back to Granger Ford for my first oil change and tire rotation. I was expecting when I picked my vehicle up to only be charged for the tire rotation, but rather I was charged for the tire rotation and the oil change. When I questioned this, I was told that this is not something that they do or have done in the past. I spoke with someone I assumed was the manager, and I expressed my concerns to which he replied there was nothing that he could do and I would have to contact the sales department if I wanted to try to get a refund. Having worked in the retail/customer service industry prior, I know that this is pure xxxxxxxx and a simple redirect tactic he tried to hope I wouldn’t do anything about it. He tried to redirect me to the sales department to get a refund from the service department, how does that make sense? It’s unfortunate because I was considering changing my Lightning reservation from a different Ford dealer to this one because of the experience I had with the sales staff. However, after today, I will say that the $84 oil change that I just paid for has now cost the dealership my $84,000 Lightning reservation. Sadly, I won’t be back for future maintenance work on any of my vehicles or to purchase any new or used vehicles from here in the future, as I can’t trust the service department to uphold the dealers reputation. TLDR: Buyers beware, the service department will not honor what has been promised to you by the sales staff. More

I would give this place no stars if I could. Women beware these guys are snakes. I bought a 2016 jeep Wrangler from them hoping I was finally buying my dream car. Will that dream is a nightmare! This car has clearly been in a horrible accident and that wasn't disclosed to me. The hood doesn't latch correctly, the drivers seat isn't even on the track correctly, the passenger door doesn't shut properly and the front fender had a dent and scratch. So I was essentially sold a very unsafe car. Even though I called and asked to return the car within 3 days of the purchase they refuse to give me my car back. Now I'm stuck with a $34k car that's unsafe and I hate. No other solutions have been given to me and I have to wait for them to fix my car which I will not be trusting them to do. Don't do business with these shady people. They do not care about your safety or happiness, it's all about money! More
