We recently purchased a Ford ESP (extended service plan) warranty from Granger Ford. Our local Ford dealer in Pittsburgh, Pa had offered us a generic warranty plan that cost $600 more than the Granger Ford warranty from Granger Ford. Our local Ford dealer in Pittsburgh, Pa had offered us a generic warranty plan that cost $600 more than the Granger Ford ESP plan and covered the vehicle for 5000 miles less and did not include the full lightbulb replacement plan (the bulbs can get quite expensive). Purchasing the plan via the Internet was very easy and quick. If you are considering an extended warranty plan for your new Ford I definitely recommend buying the Granger Ford premium care ESP plan. More

I have never; ever; I mean ever had such an easy purchasing experience. I really mean that. From the initial ordering process with Chip and the interactions with Shelby on the Phone and Email. It was the SMOOTHEST delivery ever! No pressure for anything. I didn't want the ford pass and I was not "Pressured" to install it. I understood that I would miss out on the rewards, But; I just didn't want it. My "reasons" are all that needed to be said and they let it go. There was ZERO pressure for add ons; such as Paint Protection, or any of the "Other" dealer mark ups. I literally arrived at 0930 and was handed keys and I physically signed the Mileage declaration and that was it! I was out the door in under 10 mins from walking in. I was dumbfounded! That is Dumbfounded in a good way!!!!! If I ever want to purchase another Custom Ordered vehicle from FORD; I will definitely be going back GRANGER MOTORS!
