We purchased 3 ESPs online from Granger after getting online quotes from the other big three (you know who) and our local dealer. Granger was by far the lowest quote of them all, and was $2500 lower than online quotes from the other big three (you know who) and our local dealer. Kudos to Granger Ford for being able to remain in business despite their stringent efforts to not sell cars. I requested to be contacted about a Bronco that they show as in stock on their website. I received both a text message and email from Amy Davidson that my request had been received and confirming that email was an acceptable form of communication. After that, they ghosted me. I received no email or call regarding my desire to purchase the vehicle. I sent a follow-up email asking if a delay was normal and, again, received no response from Amy or anyone else. I even confirmed that there were no missed calls or emails sent to my spam folder. They just didn't bother to even acknowledge my existence or desire to do business with them. If Granger treats someone like this before they even purchase, I can't imagine what the service would be like once they had my money. I will not consider Granger for this or any future purchase. More
