Kudos to Granger Ford for being able to remain in business despite their stringent efforts to not sell cars. I requested to be contacted about a Bronco that they show as in stock on their website. I received both a text message and email from Amy Davidson that my request had been received and confirming that email was an acceptable form of communication. After that, they ghosted me. I received no email or call regarding my desire to purchase the vehicle. I sent a follow-up email asking if a delay was normal and, again, received no response from Amy or anyone else. I even confirmed that there were no missed calls or emails sent to my spam folder. They just didn't bother to even acknowledge my existence or desire to do business with them. If Granger treats someone like this before they even purchase, I can't imagine what the service would be like once they had my money. I will not consider Granger for this or any future purchase. More

I recently had a disappointing experience with Mitchell Thurman and Granger Ford that I feel compelled to share. My initial interaction with Mitchell was to discuss the purchase of a new 2024 Ford F-3 Thurman and Granger Ford that I feel compelled to share. My initial interaction with Mitchell was to discuss the purchase of a new 2024 Ford F-350. As part of this process, I inquired about the trade-in value for my current vehicle. They assessed the condition of my vehicle, including acknowledging existing body damage as reported by CARFAX, and quoted a trade-in value of $47,000 (which Mitchell described as a lower offer because of said damage.) However, after I mistakenly mentioned receiving a lower trade-in offer of $25,000 from another shady dealer in my hometown, the situation took a turn for the worse. The manager at Granger Ford. Aaron, suddenly requested additional pictures and details of my vehicle, stating they "need to re-evaluate the cost of fixing the body damage." This request was perplexing since we had already agreed on a trade-in value with the damage taken into account. Despite my efforts to clarify and resolve the situation, Granger Ford refused to honor the original trade-in quote instead submitting a new quote of $41,000.00 for trade-in . This backtracking is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, which has caused me to significantly diminish my trust in Granger Ford. I made the choice to rescind my application and request that they inform any banks they had shared my information with of my decision. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given Granger Ford's reputation as a 5-star dealer. It's disheartening to see such a lack of integrity in honoring agreed-upon deals based on Granger's emotion regardless of material facts that have never once changed. I would caution anyone considering doing business with Granger Ford to be wary of potential inconsistencies and to ensure all agreements are clearly documented. More
