We apologize that you feel this way.  We want everyone to feel and actually get a deal on their vehicle purchase.  Most people do not like the back and forth at a dealership and the time it takes to buy a car.  We price our vehicles below market value which is why we are able to sell as many as we do.  This speeds up the process, eliminates most of the back and forth and gives our customers great deals on vehicles so they keep coming back.  Unfortunately, we could not accept what you were offering, we would lose a considerable amount of money.  The price offered was $2000 below trade in and over $4000 below retail book value.  We are the cheapest price in over 200 miles, the 2nd cheapest within 450 miles and the number 1 value ranked vehicle in 450 miles.  We’d still like to earn your business and if that data was not reviewed with you, we apologize.  Please feel free to call or come back in.  Thank you, Rebecca Baker 409-883-0436
