When they did my recall I told them my truck was deleted and they reset my ecm They set me an appointment for 2 weeks out to get my harmonic balancer fixed. Tried twice to get my vehicles front end problem diagnosed. When the service guy finally looked at it he asked if I had warranty, to which I replied yes.
