Mike, I apologize that we did not get your car diagnosed during the 1.5 days it was here. An appointment time is not a time that your car will always be diagnosed, but a time set aside for our advisor to meet with you and check your car in for drop off. Kenny, your service advisor, stayed in contact with you both days your car was here according to our phone and text records. The tech that needed to look at your fuel smell concern was tied up on other jobs. Some of our skill sets such as the one that your vehicle needed are often booked 1 to 3 weeks out. I wish I had more technicians so we could get diagnosis quicker and turn around time shortened but that's not the case. I regret this was your first visit to Granger Chevrolet and we failed ot meet your expectations. Thank you for trying us.
