Stacy was horrible at communicating , never called back, assured to call back for pricing and never did. I called the deal several times and most of the times she would be the one to answer and was very qui assured to call back for pricing and never did. I called the deal several times and most of the times she would be the one to answer and was very quick to either put you on hold and hang up or say something very fast and hanged uo before you even got to say a word. Was never clear with pricing and got hit with ridiculous fees that were not stated from the beginnning. When finally given a price was when i was very upset and. To my surprise the fee i was told over the phone went up by over $100 in credit card fee and micellaneous fees that got added on when i picked up my car. Car was going to be there 2 hrs or over night and ended up with them 4 days because i couldnt get a hold of anyone long enough to give me information or a call back. I got things checked that i didnt ask for. At the end of the day i was very unhappy and ended up paying $400 + for absolutly nothing and was still asked if i could approve more hours. More
