After being given a bottom line cost of the truck we were purchasing we decided to buy the truck and not keep an appointment at a nearby dealership. We then went back to the finance department and signed a r purchasing we decided to buy the truck and not keep an appointment at a nearby dealership. We then went back to the finance department and signed a ridiculous amount of paper work “sign here” ok. “Sign here” ok etc. When coming to the end of the paperwork the amount financed paperwork did not match the bottom line quote given earlier. When questioning that figure we were told that was for the extended warranty, we were under the impression that everything was covered in our bottom line figure. That being said that was probably our mistake not understanding the policy listed on bottom line list. However we were not asked at time of signing if we wanted an additional policy to cover additional items. It was just added in and put in front of us to sign. “Sign here” not ok. Then more games began. Always you don’t have to buy it but…we will add more mileage to coverage and no time limit. Also we will discount the policy. Bottom line we bought the truck and the policy but will not recommend or purchase another vehicle there. We had driven over 4 hours to get back to Texas to purchase a truck where we had purchased one before. Never again. Hate the game play. Give best deal upfront and hold firm. More
