We purchased a 2024 Trax last year that has been in and out of the service department multiple times without any resolution. On 7-31-2024, my wife once again took the vehicle in with yet another issue an out of the service department multiple times without any resolution. On 7-31-2024, my wife once again took the vehicle in with yet another issue and to obtain paperwork from previous visits only to be told by the service manager "I'm done with this car and it's problems. Any further issues with it you can take up with Chevrolet directly". Excuse me? They just actively refused to address existing warranty issues and any new ones and put the xxxxxx on our backs to find a resolution. Corporate was contacted directly by me about their unwillingness to help and honor the factory warranty. Two days later, I took my wife to purchase a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE and rid myself of that albatross. My hope is that if you're reading this, you consider any other dealership other than Granger Chevrolet because they're not worthy of your hard earned money. More
