When they did my recall I told them my truck was deleted and they reset my ecm They set me an appointment for 2 weeks out to get my harmonic balancer fixed. I called the day before to make sure I could dro and they reset my ecm They set me an appointment for 2 weeks out to get my harmonic balancer fixed. Then 4 days later I go to check on it and they said “ they didn’t know my truck was there” then tell me we are two weeks out and I had to schedule another appointment More
