Stay Away! !! This is absolutely the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. They are liars, connivers, thieves and scam artist all rolled into one. They don !! This is absolutely the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. They are liars, connivers, thieves and scam artist all rolled into one. They don't care at all about customer service, only the almighty dollar they can get from you. They kept telling us what a good deal we were getting and that they were losing money on our deal, BS!!! WE ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE LOST MONEY!!!! Less than 2 weeks from purchase we contacted them about the sunroof not wanting to close properly, we spoke to the person who sold us the vehicle, Than, he literally blew us off, because we did not purchase their ridiculously expensive warranty. Ok, strike one! Strike two was less than 2 months later when we had a routine oil change performed and my husband was shown by the Manager of the place we took it to for the oil change that the motor protector cover and one of the tire wheel covers was completely missing and the their were shreds of it hanging under the car. Well, we didn't have that expensive warranty and we knew they would be no help at Granger's so we sucked it up and my husband purchased the necessary parts, we then took it to our local mechanic and had it put on. Strike 2. Then the car ended up needing two brand new tires on the front before our fourth month of ownership was done, because the car needed an alignment and it was causing issues with the driving and tire wear. Strike 3. Now here we are today, we have now owned this car for 8 months, and we are dishing out over $2700 to have the air conditioner completely replaced. There are no more strikes, this dealership is horrid. They bragged and bragged about their 100 point inspection before the sale of any car. Well, they forgot to inspect our apparantley. The really sad thing is, the young man that sold us this car went to shcool with my daughters and they talked about how well we could trust him. My advice to him would be, find a job at a dealership with integrity!!! Because Granger Chevrolet and its associates have none. And the finance managers remind me of all the bad jokes I used to hear from my daughters deceased father who was an auto salesman back in the 70's and 80's before he passed away. They never had anything good to say about the finance managers. I now know why! Run, don't walk, as fast as you can from this place. One last thing. We put $2000 down on a 2017 Kia Sportage, still ended up financing with our credit union $22,000, and found this same model on other sites for $5,000 - $7,000 less after the purchase. I however do not blame anyone but myself, because I went with the recommendation of this place for the salesperson and did not do proper research, but if i can save anyone else from a nightmare purchase from these people it will make my day! We have had the car 8 months, and are retired, so we don't use it every day, yet it has already cost us over $4500 in repairs and maintenance. This is shameful. More
Very unorganized and lied to me. Will not return calls. Have a ton of excuses as to why they didn’t call back. Had my information all wrong even though I did an application on their Will not return calls. Have a ton of excuses as to why they didn’t call back. Advertised vehicle having 92,000 miles on it. I drove over 2hrs to look at it. When I arrived they told me it had over 200,000 miles on it. Said they overlooked it. I had talked to them sever I drove over 2hrs to look at it. When I arrived they told me it had over 200,000 miles on it. Said they overlooked it. I had talked to them several times on the phone before driving there. They never mentioned this. When asked why they did not let me know before I drove that far, they said they could not discuss this matter over the phone. More
Can I make this NO STAR? AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Seriously the worst I've ever had. This was a total bait and switch. The pictures of the car online made the car look incredible but it was completely beat-up. Wouldn't have known about the 2 prior accidents had I not asked for the car report. I called this morning and was told by Destiny in the "Customer Care" department that I would need to put a $500 non-refundable deposit down on this car to hold it so I could test drive it tonight. I decided to take my chances of it selling today and called again tonight before I left Lake Charles to make sure it was there and available before I made the hour trip to the dealership in Orange and Destiny "checked to make sure the keys were still there" and assured me the vehicle was there and said she's set me up with Jimmy to look at it. Once I arrived, Joshua came out on the lot to tell me that he had actually taken another person's $500 deposit on Saturday and he couldn't sell us that car. It was a complete waste of our time and a really badly missed opportunity for this dealership to sell 3 people vehicles and earn new loyal customers. I won't be making another trip back to Granger Chevrolet again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends not to waste their time because this place is shady! More

This worst car buying experience I have ever had. More
Add-on waarranties without consent. Definitely would Not recommend these guys they are extremely shady! Keep in mind, I'm grading on a curve based on the assumption that all used car salesmen are at least a little shady. I bought a car from them and before doing so, I was in contact with the salesman for about a week discussing the price of the car. We finally settled on a price and he had me sign a document the spelled out the price of the car plus any applicable fees, i.e. taxes, document fee, etc. Then I was sent in to talk to the finance director. Immediately he had me sign an electronic pad which applied my signature to various documents. I was a bit concerned about doing this but he assured me that my signature was going on documents that I had previously agreed to with the salesman. He said this would speed up the process. I finished the rest of the paperwork and left with the car. A couple of weeks later, I received the documents from the US Bank, whom I financed the car through. To my surprise, the amount financed was $3,000 dollars higher than what I had agreed to and signed for. Come to find out that my digital signature was applied to five different warranties totaling $3,000. Now, I will say after trying for months to get in touch with anyone that could help and turning them in to the Texas DMV I was able to recoup $2,301. However, the remaining warranties totaling $699 could not be cancelled. So, in a nut shell, Granger Chevrolet basically robbed me of $699! Thus, this brings me back to my original assessment... extremely shady! Don't believe me, that's okay. Go buy a car from them... you'll see! More
