I had my 2020 Chevy Traverse brought there upon discovering that my transmission was going out. I dropped my vehicle off mid week and was told we could anticipate a diagnostic within 2 days. Friday discovering that my transmission was going out. I dropped my vehicle off mid week and was told we could anticipate a diagnostic within 2 days. Friday came and there were answers, in fact our truck sit for days without being inspected. After constant calling we were advised that the truck had diagnosed and that there would be more work to be done totaling $750 to confirm a further diagnosis of the engine problem. We were advised the job could cost anywhere from 1200 to 7,000 to repair. I inquired if the paid diagnostics balance would go towards the repair cost and was advised that neither balance, the 178 nor the 750 would. At that time I decided that it would be best to pick the truck up and take it elsewhere for repair. Upon my Father in Law picking the truck up he was advised of an additional fee for storage to be paid at pick up. The truck had been there as long as it had due to the delay in it being diagnosed however this experience was far less than a Granger experience. More
