Pleasant and fair! Real people, Real friendly. Katie, the finance manger at the Mesa Mall location actually was the person who worked my deal for me. While we were talking price and payment the owner Roger Johnson stopped by and was actually a very agreeable person. He really did sell me a car at a reasonable price! Not only was this dealership a pleasant suprise the Kia product is solid, safe and luxurious!!! Yes luxurious!This is my first Kia I was not familiar with the brand before. My Kia is a solid and safe car. I will see ya when I need a new Kia!!!! More

Condescending Going there started well enough. Brian was nice and helped us look at two vehicles. Then Mike showed up and slowly butted in on Brian. At first it was Going there started well enough. Brian was nice and helped us look at two vehicles. Then Mike showed up and slowly butted in on Brian. At first it was in the lot but he got insufferable in the office. He was completely rude to Brian as Brian was trying to find some information on a used vehicle for me and my husband on the computer. Mike hovered over him, inpatient, sighing, shaking his head and huffing and puffing because Brian clicked the wrong thing. We were doing fine with Brian so I don’t know why Mike felt he had to butt in. When he did I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. He took over Brian’s own desk, cleared it and kept talking to me as if I didn’t know what I wanted and I made no sense. I repeated myself about the car fax and he asked us to move to his desk so people wouldn’t over hear. He looked over at Brian as he said this. Anyway I couldn’t stand the way he was talking to me, the way he treated his coworker, and I had enough and let him know it with my facial expression and short attitude. He knew it and calmed down but it was too late. I won’t be going back and because of Mike, Brian lost a sale. He butted in when he wasn’t asked, tried to bulldoze over me on what I wanted and that right there is horrible training and sales tactics. More

Simply the worst dealership owners ever Bought a vehicle from grand West motors who later became grand West Kiain Colorado Springs, they took over 95 days to pay off my trade which has cause Bought a vehicle from grand West motors who later became grand West Kiain Colorado Springs, they took over 95 days to pay off my trade which has caused credit score to lower. I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle and they promised to pay for work that I had to get done and still no payment. I will be filing a lawsuit. Barry one of the owners will not even address a customer just stays in his xxxx cell phone. No calls returned nothing I have informed the military and base commands to blacklist this dealership. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Mark From the dealership is no help either funny how everyone says they were military yet treat military like fort. So a small thing will cost them thousands. Awful experience I've never been so unsatisfied in purchasing a car from anyone as I have with them. Meanwhile we have the other company I have my other loan through calling and calling because we are over 25 days late. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Not to mention that Tara had told me that they are trying to overcome an embezzlement that happened back in December and they she doesn't know when they will cut the check for my old car. I have no choice now but to contact a lawyer and take them to court. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to to write this review. More

When we got to the financing things seemed smooth but Tim the sales manager was pushy and we felt like we where a bother to him. Most of my problems started after we signed the final papers. About three weeks after the sale the finance company for the soul called asking for the last payment. That's when I found out the dealership hadn't paid off the loan. When I called I got ignored, lied to, and pushed off on someone else. After a total of seven weeks and multiple calls and a very aggressive Tim Creel they finally paid it off. More

THE GENERAL MANAGER ROGER JOHNSON WON'T RETURN MY CALLS AND WENT OUT OF TOWN BEFORE HE APPROVED THE CHECKS AND HE'S NOW BEEN BACK A WEEK AND A 1/2 AND IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN SIGN A CHECK BUT AS OF TODAY NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF THAT'S HOW THEY TREAT SALES PEOPLE THINK ABOUT HOW YOU'LL BE TREATED WHEN GOING IN TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!! The next car 19,000 after me taking the first back. The front bumper was cracked the windows were cracked they promised to fix it. They sent it off a week later I got it back the bumper was broken in different places and the refused again to do anything about it. I took pictures before I left Kia just to prove they are worse about taking care of the costomers they care about their pockets... I work in customer services and I would of been fired for how they treat people there. I want to puke at the thought of owning a Kia from them. I'll be sure to tell everyone not to go there More
