Best car shopping experience!!! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I inquired about a 2016 Range Rover evoque online and i received a quick response from Renato, he explained I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I inquired about a 2016 Range Rover evoque online and i received a quick response from Renato, he explained to me that it was still available I live 3 hours away and told him I’d be on my way to check it out! At this point my intention was to just look at the vehicle and if i liked it I would have to figure out financing. Upon arrival Renato greeted us at the door , pulled the car out for me to look at and allowed me to test drive it, I loved it! I told him that I needed to figure out financing to which he said I didn’t Jane to worry he’d take care of it, I completed a quick application and excused myself to lunch, within 45 mins I received a message that I was approved! Worst Experience Ever I don’t even know how I could give these guys one star. I am now dealing with the worst car shopping experience of my life. These guys falsely adverti I don’t even know how I could give these guys one star. I am now dealing with the worst car shopping experience of my life. These guys falsely advertised a vehicle that has been in the shop for TWO WEEKS. I caught a ride and got dropped off all the way up from Rapid City, SD to come look at a car that I really wanted to buy after speaking with one of the guys “Jay”, “MJ”, or “Jim Jim” the day before about the car and how I was coming down to buy this car and drive it back up home to Rapid City. He didn’t even bother to tell me that the car was in the shop FOR TWO WEEKS and wasn’t even available yet. While they were still making listings on Craigslist for this car that is in the shop and is completely unavailable for purchase or to even look at. He gave me a loaner car that was about to break down at any minute with the CEL on and no rear view mirror to go to the shop they were working on it after he had just talked with them. They wouldn’t even let me see it. Now I’m on my second night on the streets of Denver with no family, no friends, no support, and nowhere to go because these guys falsely advertised a car that wasn’t even available. This has been a huge inconvenience for me in the terms of money, time, and my own well being. I tried talking to the guy “Ruben” to see if they could help me with somewhere to stay and he was very rude and didn’t offer any sympathy or support after they had completely mislead me. I just can’t even believe it, I hope I can come back from this. More
