Amazing, not your typical dealer/dealership We were looking for a wrangler with a very hard to find color. We located one on the GVA website. We went to look at it on a Saturday. Deesa came and introduced herself, said to let her know if we had questions and asked if we wanted to drive it. She said, "no pressure, just let me know", and walked away. I was floored. Car salespeople do not do that. We asked to drive it, and she got the keys. She said, "have fun and see you later". We came back and she asked what we thought and asked questions but never pushed. Deesa always gave us space and never made us uncomfortable. We decided to buy the car and because certain parts take a while, we were chatting. Deesa has an amazing personality and we laughed and actually had a great time. I would send anyone to GVA to work with Deesa. They have an amazing selection, everything from Jeeps to Lotus, to Pickups and Porsches. It's the only place I will buy a car unless I'm buying new. More

Devin the Service manager is an "Automotive Guru" and has his shop set to work on everything f I really enjoyed my service experience at GVA Lakewood. Devin the Service manager is an "Automotive Guru" and has his shop set to work on everything from European machines Like My Bmw, to Asian , and Domestic cars and trucks. They were putting a Lift kit on a really nice Jeep Rubicon while I was getting my car serviced. And He has employed Journey men ASE certified Master Automotive Technicians. They performed a Complete Mobil 1 Oil change/maintenance service on my Bmw for a great price and awesome work. Ill be bringing all of my vehicles to be serviced by Devin and the boys at GVA Lakewood.
