People skilled at caring for cars I stopped in the same day I received an email (OnStar) status report including a notice of recall on my vehicle. Service staff set up appointment for I stopped in the same day I received an email (OnStar) status report including a notice of recall on my vehicle. Service staff set up appointment for the next day, with shuttle to my work place. When I came in, the staff quickly prepared the paperwork, and assured me they would inspect the car for need to repair and if needed would repair the car that day. We did not discuss the expected time these would take. I called and left voice mail 2 or 3 times after 6 hours, then got the call that all was well, and the shuttle was sent to me. Good people, good place, good car care. Next time I will confirm how much time to allow. More

Car was overheating My 2008 Malibu had 112,000 miles and had been serviced every 3 m miles for oil as well as all the major checkouts required at a dealership in New Jers My 2008 Malibu had 112,000 miles and had been serviced every 3 m miles for oil as well as all the major checkouts required at a dealership in New Jersey. The car had overheated and the engine power light came on two months prior. The car was towed to another dealership in Queens who supposedly fixed the broken water pump, seals and thermostat. That dealership East Hills Chevrolet I would avoid . We filed a claim with our credit card company over the service there. Well the same car issue persisted and eventually we had the car towed to Grandprize after several overheating adventures. The appointment call in was prompt and they followed up to make sure you remembered. The Checkin was prompt and the diagnosis was the same days checkin. Of course the problem was the water pump and no coolant in the entire system . The price was what I expected. The car was washed and ready on time . Recommend this dealership based on my past experiences with others both good and bad. More

The only caveat I'll mention is that some of the messages I got on the work performed were different between what I saw on the service paperwork & the discussion we had. More
