oil change i came in on a holiday without an appointment and was scheduled immediately. As i pulled into the garage , i was meet by what appeared to be a sales rep who welcomed me and said hello before i got out the car. didn't catch his name but he appeared to be very happy i picked your dealership for whatever service i needed. Had a concern with the vechicle's blue tooth, and Ernie Guardarramas handled it by explaining all my options. Frank Craven was smiling and very courteous and scheduled me right away with the oil change. i was out in a little over an hour Kudos to all for a job well done More

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty! And Rude too! I was contacted by Grand Prize Chevrolet after submitting a True Car request for a new Traverse. The Internet Sales Manager gave me lease quotes on se I was contacted by Grand Prize Chevrolet after submitting a True Car request for a new Traverse. The Internet Sales Manager gave me lease quotes on several vehicles they had in stock. However, the lease quotes did not calculate with the supposed discounts and rebates they claimed I was receiving. I stopped at the dealership with my wife and we dealt with a very pleasant salesman. After taking a test drive, we started to discuss numbers. I took out my phone and ran the numbers they provided (MSRP, fees, discounts, rebates, interest rate, and money factor) though an online lease calculator. For some reason, the monthly payment that Grand Prize calculated was substantially higher than the number on the online lease calculator. When I showed this to the salesman, he went and got the manager. The manager was condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot (not knowing or likely caring that I have a doctorate degree and handle transactions way more complex than an auto lease). We went through all the numbers that he presented, and entered them into the lease calculator together. Again, the monthly lease payments I got were significantly less than the lease payments he claimed to have calculated using GM's system. Unable to explain the discrepancy, he questioned the lease calculator that I used and said I should have used Edmunds. I went to the Edmunds' site and, with the salesman, ran his numbers though the Edmunds lease calculator. Not surprisingly, the Edmund's calculator came up with the same monthly payment as the other lease calculator, well below what Grand Prize claimed to be the monthly payments. When seeing these calculations, the manager became belligerent. He stood up, raised his voice, and all but threw my wife and I out of the dealership. I could not believe the manner in which we were treated. My wife and I treated the salesman and manger with courtesy and respect. We never got angry with them or accused them of any misleading tactics or wrongdoing. All we did was review basic math, which anyone purchasing a car should understand before walking into a dealership. My wife and I went to Grand Prize looking to lease a car. We even discussed how we were prepared to drive it off the lot that evening. We left in our old vehicle (they refused to even discuss our trade since we had not relented to their numbers), offended and insulted. I don't know how their numbers were so off, but I would suggest that anyone leasing or financing from Grand Prize triple check their calculations and make sure they don't bury hidden fees or something in the deal. I will never go back there, and would suggest that anyone reading this avoid the dealership at all costs. And.... the very next day, we visited a different Chevrolet dealership, in Englewood, NJ,, where we were treated extremely well, and where we leased a Traverse, with a higher MSRP, for way less than the "real" price that Grand Prize was offering.
