great personnel My experience at Grand Prize was excellent. They even provided me with a loaner even though I purchased truck at another dealership. My Silverado has My experience at Grand Prize was excellent. They even provided me with a loaner even though I purchased truck at another dealership. My Silverado has a vibration issue when operating in V4. Warren the technician spent all day trying to resolve it. Needless to say problem still exists. This is NOT a Grand Prize complaint but a GM COMPLAINT. Warren did everything he could. He even installed a dampener. Warren is a top notch technician who I would have work on my vehicle on any future visits. GM is the culprit claiming a "no fix" and saying it is normal for my vehicle issues. Very courteous, thorough service. They diagnosed the problem carefully, which was a noise coming from the front of the car, as a bearing assembly defect. I had no idea.
