They literally tried to upsell me a whole new set of tires, failing to realize that I had already replaced the tires through them only 900 miles ago. I should have known better when they made me pay for the labor to replace a rim that was chipped on a brand new car before I took possession. The service manager, Don, even tried to convince me that my 900 mile tires needed to be replaced because the car was stored in an unheated garage over the winter. All he was doing was trying to cover for the incompetence of his service team. More

The worse ever experience buying and servicing a new car Horrible sales experience, new car had under-inflated tires, salesman reset my oil gauge despite the car being on the lot for over one year (not follo Horrible sales experience, new car had under-inflated tires, salesman reset my oil gauge despite the car being on the lot for over one year (not following their own manual) and other issues. No choice but to give them low grades on the survey requested by Buick. Two+ month later still in the process of fixing closing and alignment of the door. They tried three times, still not fixed. Worse of all, when I bring the car in for multiple warranty issues, they use it for joy rides. 50 miles and 36 hard accelerations recorded by their own OnStar to fix the door problem?!?!? Last time they even disabled OnStar as soon as they knew I read the records. Don't buy your car here. More

Led by Manager ,Bill Fagnan, his team went out of their way to help me with an issue with my fairly new Vo Highly recommend Grand Prize Chevy service. Led by Manager ,Bill Fagnan, his team went out of their way to help me with an issue with my fairly new Volt. Service Advisor Frank even had me speak to their "Volt Specialist" directly about my maintenance issue. In the end, Bill worked with GM to subsidize the cost of repair as I was just out of warranty. Very fair and professional service! More
