I do, however, have a complaint regarding my service in March of this year where the technician who worked on my car noted on the inspection sheet that tires and brakes were in the green. When I brought my car in this time, the technician noted that tires and brakes were in the red. How can this be in just 3 months. I did go back and speak with the manager who offered my next service for free. This was a satisfactory response, but I hope that they will speak to the previous technician and tell him to be more observant and do the job he is paid to do. My life could have been in jeopardy had I not brought my car in this last time. More
