5 days to replace a tire After driving 50 miles one Sat. Night on the Palisades Parkway I noticed my left front tire had a problem. A four inch section had detached from the rim. 🚗 Was towed to,the nearest Cadillac dealership. When I talked to service Monday morning I was told they were too busy to look at the tire that day, they MIGHT get to it Friday. they also said that they were too busy to look at a problem I was having with the computer in the car - even though the car would sit there all week. The service person was also rude. After I called Cadillac customer service they managed to have it done Thursday night. Next time I'll have it towed to a tire store. Sharon I More

We dealt with Charlie Cernaro & Joe Sinatra in this experience and I must say this is the worse experience I’ve ever had not just in purchasing a car but in purchasing any item! We gave them a credit card and filled out a credit app with Grand Prize Auto for a car that they had that was priced aggressive, as you can imagine that had a lot of interest but I was assured the car was on hold for me since they have my card and my credit app. We were not local so couldn’t just waltz in there and do the deal. They sold the car out from under us and then Joe lied to his manager saying that he could get a hold of me. I have call logs and text messages where I was calling them everyday. They just were ignoring me. Must have needed to hit his bonus level so he wanted to sell it locally probably for more money or they probably tacked on the add ons. ALSO they will charge you for a “OPTIONAL” but not optional packages. Key Replacement and Thief Insurance for the sum of $800 or so. This is tacked on top of the price you see. BUYER BEWARE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! More
