My GMC Acadia I bought my Acadia by on Tuesday 4/30/19 with problem with switch on driver's door controlling front passenger side. Spoke with service advisor Tony I bought my Acadia by on Tuesday 4/30/19 with problem with switch on driver's door controlling front passenger side. Spoke with service advisor Tony who had mechanic check it out . Mechanic confirmed it was the switch and Tony scheduled me for service on Thursday 5/2/19. Came in on Thursday morning and Tony again handled the paperwork and got my car fixed in timely fashion. This is my 2nd time working with Tony and I have to say most of the advisors I have dealt have been good but Tony takes it up a notch with his friendliness when you first walk in and then throughout the whole process. Me, as a customer, can't ask for any better service. Maybe he should be moved over to sales which might encourage me to come back and buy my third car. More
