I just love the Chevy company. Extremely professional yet warm and friendly service. Incompetant While filling out paper work on my new lease, Salesman Wilbur, entered my address incorrectly. The day after I left the dealership with my new lease i While filling out paper work on my new lease, Salesman Wilbur, entered my address incorrectly. The day after I left the dealership with my new lease in my possession I began receiving calls that I owed GMC Nanuet an additional $1,500 due to the discount of living in a household with two additional leased vehicles not applying to me. The address Wilbur entered, not being my correct address did not have leases. My correct address does in fact have two additional leased vehicles including my own at the time. The harassing phone calls continued for upwards of two months with me reiterating to him that the address he was reading to me was not even my correct address. Eventually the manager began calling me as well until I so kindly informed him that his sales person made an error and it was not my obligation to pay for something that I did indeed qualify for. Fast forward three years. My lease is ending. I cannot locate my original GMC lease contract and would like a new copy of it to explore my options of buying out my vehicle. When I called I was forwarded to Jonathan's voicemail where my call was never to be returned. When I showed up in person, Jonathan told me he didn't have access to it. When I went to speak with Wilbur, my original salesman, he was out that day. A great lady at the front desk of GMC informed me that Jonathan did indeed have access to it but was just too inconsiderate to help me. She walked me over to an office where I left my email address for a copy of my lease contract to be sent. Three days go by and I have not received the email. I called Wilbur at GMC and requested my lease contract yet again, he verbally read back to me my email address and asked me if I would be leasing a new vehicle with them which I informed him was irrelevant to my request at this time, sure enough, It's been five days. I have still yet to receive my lease contract. I will never do business with this dealership again. More
