I called the dealer and they set me up with an appointment immediately. Everything on the dealer side went smoothly the insurance company was a bit of a pain but the dealership's service department handled it quite professionally. Since we had to wait on the insurance company I asked if they could do an oil change and 30,000 mile service. My car runs exceptional because of Grand Prize! More
