We were not exactly sure as to what model we were interested in, so Roy suggested a ride in a low end Forester and then in a higher end model. Very clearly and concisely, he explained the features of the vehicle and the benefits of the Forester. He spent quite a while answering our questions. We did not intend on leasing on that initial visit, but we placed a deposit anyway, with a pick-up date of the end of June. Upon pick-up day, Roy, along with one of the financial guys, took care of the paperwork. Then he showed us nearly all of the car's features, buttons, bells and whistles. Starlink was not operational at the time of pick up, but Roy followed up later that day and got it installed for us. He said to call him anytime if we had any concerns or question. We had the best sales experience with Roy, and Ted, at Grand Prix. Bravo!! More

Roy Wander has been our salesman for all of our vehicles. My daughter came up from Virginia to buy her first car on her own from Roy. She also has her service done here whenever she comes home from school. Ray Voesack is always ready to help. Prior to coming to Grand Prix for the first time in 2009, i had nothing but frustrating experiences with the service departments for other brand automobiles. One of the perks of going back to Subaru after years in minivans has been the pleasure of dealing with Grand Prix's service department and Emily Reardon. A Perfect Happy Birthday Experience We arrived and were introduced to Glenn Christian as our sales rep. It was smooth and easy to drive. We then talked about color and he had a black one (that we actually test drove). We did all the paperwork and settled on a price and then were introduced to Shawn Mayers who worked out the finances with us. Totally low key and accommodating. We had brought with us the AAA membership car buyer "no haggle price". There was no haggle. Ted Hanlon, was the sales manager helping Glenn and us to navigate this process.
